The Tea Party — of hate!!
April 26th, 2010 by adminThe mainstream media and the dems have been harping on how the Tea Party movement is, yes they’ve used the word, “seditious” and “violent” along with the standard “racist.” All the while, of course, ignoring the beatings, threats, and violence performed by the left. But, you know, criticism can be helpful, and Freedomworks has been listening. Warning, these are Democrats speaking, so you should probably not let your kids listen.

I think this quote is rather appropriate:
“Disagreeing is when a liberal compares a conservative to Timothy McVeigh or to Osama bin Laden or to Adolf Hitler. Demonize is when a conservative or a libertarian happens to wonder out loud how the liberal is going to pay for his promise to give away golden hover ponies to all the poor children in lower Suckistan.” — Stephen Green

There are a couple of characteristics that have come to the front of the Obama ideologues. The first is that they have replaced real morality for the morality of “social justice,” which means that *anything* they do, no matter how evil, how hateful or how vile, is justified. Conversely, it doesn’t matter what people who disagree with them do, no matter how benign, well-intentioned, or innocent, it must be condemned as if they were Nazis. And as the Congressional Black Caucus demonstrated, if they don’t do anything at all that can be condemned, lie about it and say they did anyway.
The second most impressive and consistent characteristic is their assumption that everybody unlike themselves is a stupid child who must be controlled and not allowed freedom. Thus we have people who fly personal jets and live in 20,000 sq ft homes telling all the little people how they should have diminished expectations and smaller lives — and how that it is the place of their betters to dictate those limitations.
The corrollary of this is that they are the epitome of the Denning effect — that the less people really know about a subject, the more they think the know. Of course Obama thinks he is an expert on everything, and of course his coterie think that they should run every aspect of our lives. All for the common good, of course — and, of course, they and only they know the common good. That stunningly blind belief in their own intellectual superiority is the third characteristic of the Democratic left. I remember being struck when Kerry refused to release his military records. When they finally became public, it turned out that it wasn’t his military record he was trying to hide, but his academic one. He could not bear to let people know he was a worse student than Bush. After all, his entire narrative was built on his intellectual superiority. That is also why they cling so firmly to lies such as the “hockey stick” model — they simply can’t admit they are wrong. If they do, their entire world view falls like a house of cards.
Hatred, arrogance, and willful ignorance are the hallmarks of the Democratic left.
And it’s their peculiar morality that makes them think it’s fine to lie to us — and about us — incessantly, and it’s their blind arrogance that makes them think nobody will never catch on.
